Students are integrated into the busy yard under the watchful eye of highly trained Bridg'it Venture staff, who compile a study/care plan for each individual. These plans are regularly amended during weekly team meetings to provide new challenges consistent with the students' changing abilities.

Horse-related theory and other sessions in information technology, literacy, numeracy and personal development take place in the lecture room. These sessions are designed to provide experience and practice in the kinds of 'real life' situations our students encounter. Expressive arts sessions cover a range of media and provide opportunities to develop skills and hobbies previously unrecognised.
