Bridg'it Venture Roll out the Red Carpet. Last year it was "Healthy Eating". This year it's "Health and Safety". How boring is that? Not at all! The students chose to make an information film for new Riding for the Disabled Association (R.D.A.) Helpers. Lyn and Christine are qualified R.D.A. Helpers (green card holders) and felt the students had a lot of horse knowledge to pass on. Script meetings, auditions and the recruitment of a pantomime horse (hereafter known as Aphrodite!) kept everyone busy whilst fierce debates on appropriate music went on... and on. The finished result pleased all and so a launch was planned. This turned into a World Gala Premiere. Invited guests (trustees, friends of the Bridg'it Venture and R.D.A. Helpers) were asked to dress for the occasion. And what an occasion! Champagne, red carpet, local press, sunshine and first class reviews. |
